Job Description

Regional Property Coordinator About the Opportunity The Regional Property Coordinator will assist the San Diego Asset Management team on a day-to-day basis with all aspects of property management for the San Diego assets. This position reports to the San Diego Asset Manager(s). Opportunity Requirements Minimum 2-3 years working in a professional office environment Commercial property management experience highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must be self-motivated and possess excellent phone etiquette, convey a highly professional manner and must be highly organized. Solid understanding of office procedures; excellent spelling and grammar; and computer literacy. Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Summary of Responsibilities An essential function of this position is regular and predictable attendance. The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Maintain project, vendor, and tenant files on the shared drive. Review and process invoices and submit them for approval through Yardi in compliance with the deadlines specified in the monthly Asset Management calendar. Prepare and track tenant utilities and generate sundry billings in Yardi as directed. Assist Property Management teams with the preparation and distribution of CAM Reconciliation and CAM Estimate letters. Support Property Management teams with annual budget preparation as directed. Run aging reports and distribute them to AM teams on the 5th, 10th, and 15th of each month. Track and record vendor and tenant insurance compliance. Process tenant requests for keys and program building access cards as requested. Assist in the preparation and distribution of tenant memos and notifications. Assist in distributing documents for signature via DocuSign. Assist in coordinating tenant, property and training events. Assist in coordinating tenant move-in/move-out and preparation of move-in packages for new tenants. Update property websites as needed. Coordinate changes to Yardi access as needed. Provide backup front desk and telephone coverage support as needed. Assist Asset Managers on projects as needed. Other projects as deemed necessary to support the regional team What we offer At Kilroy, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within the role. The base pay range for this role is between $27.88 and $33.17, and your hourly rate will depend on your skills, experience and training, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus as well.
