Job Description

Now Hiring:
Assistant Property Manager Join our Property Management team as our next Assistant Property Manager and help us set the standard for resident satisfaction and operational excellence! In this critical role, you'll be the go-to resource for tenants and staff, supporting efficient day-to-day property operations while ensuring our residents receive exceptional service. What You'll Do Support daily management of our portfolio, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws. Respond to tenant inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and great customer service. Facilitate leasing activities, including touring units, processing applications, and preparing leases. Keep property records organized using management software such as Yardi or AppFolio. Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests for prompt issue resolution. Promote available units and services to prospective tenants. Manage conflict resolution with diplomacy and fairness. Assist with administrative tasks, including contract management and legal documentation. What We're Looking For Proven experience in property management or a related field. Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law. Experience using property management software (AppFolio experience a plus). Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills. Negotiation experience to facilitate agreements and resolve disputes. Administrative expertise in data entry, office support, and file management. Proactive, detail-oriented approach to day-to-day challenges.
