We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent owner and tenant relations, efficient property operations, and timely resolution of maintenance, leasing, and compliance matters. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties throughout the Bay Area Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and vendors Respond to owner and resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services Conduct routine property inspections and document property conditions Monitor lease compliance and address property-related concerns Oversee leasing activities, including marketing, showings, applicant screening, lease preparation, move-ins, and move-outs Coordinate turnover projects and ensure units are move-in ready Work closely with accounting regarding rent collection, owner statements, and vendor payments Maintain accurate records and property information within AppFolio Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, California landlord-tenant regulations, and local housing ordinances Build and maintain positive relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and team members Required Qualifications Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License in good standing Minimum 3 years of property management experience Experience managing residential, multifamily, or mixed-use properties Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience managing rent-controlled properties in San Francisco Knowledge of San Francisco Rent Ordinance, Rent Board procedures, and local housing regulations Experience conducting property inspections and coordinating vendors Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills Benefits Health insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Mileage reimbursement Professional development opportunities Performance-based bonus opportunities Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Occasional after-hours availability for urgent property matters Beam Properties, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values professionalism, integrity, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
