They're now seeking a driven and relationship-focused Residential Sales Territory Manager to join their Residential Building Team covering Northern California and Northern Nevada. The preferred candidate will be based in Northern California. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this position requires up to 60% travel and offers the opportunity to work with one of the most respected names in sustainable building materials. Drive market share growth across the residential building sector throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada Develop and strengthen relationships with builders, insulation contractors, distributors, and residential construction stakeholders Identify key market trends and execute strategic growth initiatives within the territory Collaborate with regional sales teams to implement programs that increase brand awareness and product adoption Deliver technical product training and presentations both virtually and in person Provide installation support, technical information, and customer service to key stakeholders Utilize social media and strategic marketing initiatives to expand residential product applications and market presence Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding market insights, opportunities, and business development strategies Prioritize and drive sales performance across assigned residential product lines What do you need? 3-5 years of experience within the building materials or construction industry focused on the residential market — required Strong understanding of sustainable building products and residential energy-efficient design Experience working with builders, contractors, and residential construction professionals Background in social media marketing and market engagement strategies preferred Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Strong organizational, relationship-building, and territory management abilities A proactive and self-motivated approach with strong integrity and accountability Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% throughout the territory If you're as passionate about this position as we are, don't wait —
