This role offers an exciting opportunity to support property operations, lease administration, and client relations in a fast-paced environment. You'll be instrumental in ensuring properties are well-maintained, leasing processes are smooth, and regulatory compliance is upheld—all while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Assist in managing day-to-day property operations, including lease administration, rent collection, and tenant communications Support property leasing efforts by coordinating showings, processing applications, and conducting background checks using platforms like Buildium Maintain accurate data entry and filing of legal documents, contracts, and tenant records in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email, providing timely solutions and upselling available amenities or services to tenants Collaborate with facilities management teams to coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues Support conflict management efforts by mediating tenant concerns professionally while adhering to legal administrative procedures Skills Strong knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms Proven experience in real estate administrative tasks including data entry, filing, contracts management, and legal documentation processing Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Ability to negotiate lease terms, upsell amenities or services, and manage contracts effectively Experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is a plus Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in office tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping This role offers a vibrant environment where your proactive approach will make a tangible impact on property success.
