Job Description

We are a property management company specializing in the management and development of luxury apartments nationwide. Our team is continually growing and we are looking to hire hardworking and enthusiastic property managers for one of our locations in San Marcos, CA. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and experience addressing client concerns — this opportunity could be great for you! About the role The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of their property and management of their team by motivating and leading them to success. All activities related to apartment rentals — including move-ins, lease renewals, generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures — will be handled in accordance with company policies and procedures. Lead your property to success by providing unmatched service to leasing applicants, residents, and employees, and manage day-to-day operations Conduct tours and assist with the leasing process Respond to resident requests, work with vendors, and direct the maintenance team Collect rent each month and enforce the lease contract Comply with all state, federal, and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing Drive staff development through motivating, training, and coaching your team Implement and oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relation strategies that provide an unmatched customer service experience Observe all company procedures and safety rules at all times Qualifications Fair Housing knowledge required High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of experience managing 200 or more units Experience managing multiple staff members Valid Driver's License Ability to work weekends Proven sales skills with the ability to close leasing prospects effectively Demonstrated ability to maintain 95% or higher property occupancy
