July 1, 2026 About 4stay 4Stay is an on and off-campus housing solution for higher institutions and schools, connecting them with housing providers with furnished accommodations, including student residences, dormitories, homestays, co-living spaces, individual hosts, and roommates. 4Stay needs a part-time local manager for Santa Barbara.
Primary responsibilities:
Serve as 4Stay's on-site representative, overseeing and supporting on-site operations, and ensuring adherence to deadlines while effectively communicating any updates to the remote team. Ensure all actions are documented as per the provided instructions. Conduct property tours, noting feedback with strong attention to detail. Conduct student orientations as per provided instructions and materials. Perform regular inspections of apartments, promptly reporting damages or concerns to 4Stay. Be available for emergencies, demonstrating the ability to promptly address and resolve issues within 24 hours or sooner, based on severity.
Secondary responsibilities:
Maintain professional relationships with clients, students, coordinators, and vendors. Provide advance written notice to students before visiting apartments and assist in the setup of housing communities, including premises inspections, furniture procurement, and utility installations. Conduct move-out inspections Ensure cleanliness of apartments/houses before key turnover.

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have formal training or credentials in property management, leasing procedures, or student engagement/campus life? Are you comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes mandatory weekend availability and rotating on-call emergency response?
