Responsibilities Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all residents or tenants Oversee property leasing activities by conducting tours, processing applications, and negotiating lease agreements with a focus on upselling opportunities to maximize occupancy rates Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations such as Section 8 housing programs, Fair Housing laws, and local landlord-tenant statutes Utilize property management software (AppFolio) for data entry, rent collection, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records of contracts, filings, and maintenance requests Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to uphold safety standards and enhance property value using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools Handle legal administrative tasks related to lease enforcement, contract management, conflict resolution, and legal notices in accordance with landlord-tenant law Foster excellent customer relationships through effective communication via phone etiquette, conflict management skills, and proactive problem-solving to ensure high tenant satisfaction Skills Extensive experience with property management software Knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant law Proven ability in property leasing, sales techniques, negotiation skills, and upselling strategies Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle tenant issues professionally Office experience including data entry, filing systems, legal administrative procedures, and contract management Familiarity with property maintenance operations and facilities management practices Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer relationship management expertise (Bi-Lingual Highly Desired) Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels success!
