Full Job Description Senior Property Manager Sacramento, CA Compensation:
$100,000-$125,000 DOE, plus bonus and excellent benefits Our client, a well-established commercial real estate company, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial office properties in the Sacramento area. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams, managing tenant relationships, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations of a commercial office portfolio. Lead, mentor, and develop members of the property management team. Partner closely with maintenance, engineering, construction, leasing, and accounting teams. Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through regular communication, site visits, and proactive problem resolution. Monitor accounts receivable, rent collections, delinquencies, and related follow-up activities. Review and approve property-related invoices and expenses. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance. Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and insurance requirements. Administer lease agreements and monitor tenant compliance. Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets. Prepare financial reports, operating expense reconciliations, variance analyses, and rent roll reviews. Oversee capital improvement projects, renovations, and major maintenance initiatives. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of commercial property management experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Strong experience with budgeting, operating expense reconciliations, and lease administration. Proven leadership, project management, and team development skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical, organizational, and financial acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Bachelor's degree and/or CPM or RPA designation preferred. Valid California driver's license and California real estate salesperson license required. #
