Job Overview The Resident Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of living for residents while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of property management practices. A dedicated bi-lingual Site Resident Manager to oversee the operations and management of muti-family property. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, administrative tasks, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties. Handle tenants inquires and concerns in a professional manner. Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Oversee property leasing activities. including marketing units and conducting tours to prospective tenants. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and tenant information. Enforce lease agreements and address violations as needed. Experience The successful candidate should possess the following skills: Experience in property management Strong conflict management skills Knowledge of contracts and Section 8 housing regulations Understanding property maintenance processes.
