On-Site Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Self Storage Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and keep our facilities running smoothly. This role is a mix of customer service, sales, and property management, with responsibilities both in the office and out on the property. The right person is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their facility. This position also requires flexibility to support multiple locations and maintain a consistent, high standard across all sites. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations in line with company standards and procedures Provide excellent customer service by assisting with rentals, payments, and general inquiries Conduct routine property walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance Maintain units, office spaces, and grounds in a clean and professional condition Monitor supply levels and coordinate reorders as needed Stay aware of local competitors and market trends to support pricing and occupancy goals Assist prospective tenants in selecting the right unit and completing rental agreements Process leases, payments, and related documentation accurately Enforce lease terms and facility rules in a professional and consistent manner Manage delinquent accounts and handle collections respectfully and efficiently Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in self storage, property management, or a similar role preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay on top of responsibilities Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Basic math skills for handling payments and account balances Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Ability to travel between multiple facilities as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with SiteLink or similar software is a plus Background in collections or accounts receivable is a plus Schedule Full-time, typically 8-hour shifts Availability on weekdays and weekends required Morning and daytime shifts preferred
