The organization manages a substantial portfolio of commercial properties concentrated within a highly desirable Southern California market, providing a unique opportunity to oversee assets that are geographically centralized and actively managed in-house. Unlike many commercial real estate firms, all leasing, construction, property management, and tenant improvement functions are handled internally, creating a collaborative and hands-on environment. Position Overview & Key Responsibilitie sManage a commercial property portfolio consisting of approximately 14 properties totaling roughly 300,000 square feet and serving approximately 200 tenants .Oversee the day-to-day operations of primarily multi-tenant industrial properties, with some office and commercial space included .Handle a high volume of documentation, lease-related paperwork, file management, and administrative responsibilities .Review and process lease extensions, tenant correspondence, release forms, renewals, and other property management documentation .Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and service providers .Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from tenants, vendors, and prospective tenants while ensuring timely issue resolution .Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and supporting documentation while partnering with leadership on negotiations and transaction management .Monitor vendor performance and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property service needs .Participate in property inspections and weekly property tours to ensure assets are maintained to company standards .Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors while maintaining a professional office presence .Collaborate closely with senior leadership and serve as a trusted operational partner in managing the portfolio .Utilize property management software and internal systems to maintain accurate records, reporting, and tenant information . Qualifications & Requiremen tsMinimum of 5-10+ years of commercial property management experienc e.
Current experience managing commercial real estate assets, including industrial, office, retail, or other commercial property type s.
Strong understanding of commercial leases, renewals, tenant relations, vendor management, and property operation s.
Experience managing multiple properties and a high-volume tenant portfoli o.
Proficiency with Yardi is require d.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage extensive paperwork, documentation, and contract review responsibilitie s.
Highly organized with strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skill s.
Professional, trustworthy, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership and pride in work produc t.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and internal stakeholder s.
