Job Description
Tustin, CA (with local property travel) $105,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Mileage Reimbursement Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Direct Hire About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of warehouse and commercial properties, along with managing an office complex association. This role is ideal for someone who excels in property operations, tenant relations, and financial management, and is comfortable managing multiple sites in a fast-paced environment. ? Key Responsibilities Property Operations Manage daily operations across multiple commercial/industrial properties Conduct regular site visits and oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital projects Monitor building systems including HVAC, electrical, and safety compliance Tenant Relations Serve as main point of contact for tenants Handle maintenance requests, lease questions, and move-ins/move-outs Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms Financial Management Manage budgets, reporting, and rent collection using Yardi Breeze Premier Monitor financial performance and approve invoices and expenses Assist with CAM reconciliations and property-related financials Lease Administration Maintain lease records, renewals, and compliance documentation Support lease negotiations and amendments Association Management Oversee operations for an office complex HOA/POA Coordinate board meetings and maintain association records Manage common areas and budgets Vendor Management Source and manage vendors for maintenance and services Negotiate contracts and track vendor performance Qualifications 3-5+ years of commercial or industrial property management experience (required) Yardi Breeze Premier experience required (must have hands-on use) Strong knowledge of leases, property operations, and financial reporting Experience managing multiple properties/sites Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with HOA/association management is a plus Real estate license or CPM/RPA certification is a plus ?
