Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Tustin, CA. This role will oversee a portfolio of industrial warehouse and commercial properties, including operations for an office complex association. The ideal candidate is a hands-on property management professional with strong operational oversight, financial reporting, tenant relations, and vendor management experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager who enjoys managing diverse assets, partnering with tenants and vendors, and driving smooth day-to-day property operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations for commercial and industrial properties, including routine inspections, building systems, maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants, responding to maintenance requests, lease inquiries, move-ins, move-outs, and lease compliance matters.
  • Manage financial activities using Yardi Breeze Premier, including budgeting, reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, rent collection, invoice approvals, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain lease records, monitor renewal schedules, assist with lease negotiations and amendments, and support lease compliance requirements.
  • Support office complex association operations, including board meeting coordination, records maintenance, common area maintenance, and association budgets.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and service providers while monitoring performance, contract compliance, insurance documentation, safety requirements, and risk-related matters. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
