Job Description

Property Manager Ukiah, CA | Full-Time | $70,000-$100,000 Are you a hands-on professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, building strong relationships, and making a meaningful impact in the community? We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties while ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and long-term property performance. This role is responsible for leasing, tenant relations, property operations, vendor management, maintenance coordination, budgeting, compliance, and overall property performance. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing people, projects, and problem-solving while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential properties Coordinate leasing activities, tenant onboarding, rent collection, and occupancy goals Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, and community stakeholders Oversee maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and capital improvement projects Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation Respond to property-related issues and emergencies as needed Help ensure safe, well-maintained, and financially sustainable properties that serve the community's long-term needs What We're Looking For Property management, facilities, real estate, housing, or related experience Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills Experience managing vendors, contractors, and multiple priorities simultaneously Budgeting and financial oversight experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Experience with housing programs, affordable housing, HUD, or similar programs is a plus Schedule Full-time, on-site Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Occasional after-hours response for property emergencies may be required Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO and paid holidays Education reimbursement Requirements Valid driver's license Successful background check Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, including cannabis testing #
