This position is ideal for a property management professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with diverse teams and residents. This is a temporary 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension. Exceptional performers may also be considered for future long-term opportunities as they become available. Key Responsibilities Collect rent and maintain accurate resident and property records. Lease available units and ensure Fair Housing compliance. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects. Conduct property inspections and coordinate service requests and repairs. Partner with Maintenance and Landscaping teams to maintain community standards. Support occupancy and retention goals. Prepare reports and communicate property performance updates. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 3 years of property management experience preferred. Minimum 5 years of customer service experience required. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to tour apartment communities and available units. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and navigate multiple properties. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Why Join Us?
