As an Assistant Community Manager, you play a valuable role in the overall success of the community. Working closely with the Community Manager, you will help drive occupancy, manage delinquency, and support daily operations to ensure the property runs smoothly and efficiently. This role offers strong growth potential, including opportunities for accelerated advancement based on performance and cross-training in management duties.
How You Will Make A Difference:
Successfully manage delinquency, including serving rent demands in accordance with state laws and company policies. Assist the Community Manager with renewals and occupancy strategies. Strong time management to effectively oversee delinquency and renewals at multiple properties. Support leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy levels. Help oversee day-to-day operations of the community. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and prospective tenants. Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in administrative tasks. Collaborate with the property team to create energy, excitement, and focus throughout the community. Here Is What We Are Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of Property Management experience preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional attitude, reliability, and discretion at all times. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups including co-workers, vendors, and residents. Strong sales skills and a results-driven mindset. Computer proficiency and experience with property management software required. Strong time management to effectively oversee delinquency and renewals at multiple properties. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, and current insurance. Ability to work Saturdays (with a day off during the week).

We Take Care Of Our Team:
Pay:
$27.00 - $31.00 per hour ($56,160 - $64,480 annually) Accrued PTO starting from your first day on the job. PTO begins at two weeks accrued, with additional weeks added at milestone years of 4, 6, and 10 (up to 5 weeks total). 6 paid holidays per year. 1 floating holiday per year. 48 hours of sick time per year. 8 hours of personal time per year. 401(k) with 3% employer match. $25 monthly phone stipend. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (75% paid by Plenty of Places). Free $10,000 Life Insurance paid by the company. Co-Employed by ADP - access to additional benefits such as EAP services, cell phone plan discounts, and more.
