Job Description

Premier Property Management is looking for a professional go-getter to join our property management team! Our company was founded in 2005 and operates customized property management solutions for premium local residences and homeowner associations from Aspen to Carbondale. This position requires home inspections, cleaning of garage and outdoor areas, snow shoveling, fixing issues within the home, and communicating with sub-contractors regularly, among other tasks.
The ideal candidate will have:
1-5 years of experience in property management or related field (a construction background is a plus) Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record Excellent communication and time-management skills Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends if necessary Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, and Quickbooks Time is a plus Available to start immediately Must live locally or have housing in
