Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Duties:
This position will be required to work in a high pace environment and to perform several of the functions the property manager is required to do Property Inspections; on site multiple locations Have a strong understanding of the lease in order to walk prospects through and help them understand their financial responsibilities Ensure compliance with Property Leasing, and Fair Housing regulations Provide administrative support in real estate operations, including managing service request, sending welcome letter, notice delivery etc... Collaborate with the Property Manager to address property needs and enhance overall performance
Maintenance:
Basic understanding of the general repairs and maintenance that occur on the property Ability to help explain repairs and help troubleshoot maintenance requests with tenants Experience to accurately communicate problems to vendors in order to obtain proposals for work
Marketing:
Assist the property manager in making sure units are ready Analyze the competition and market in order to properly price and advertise the property
Skills:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer relationship management Strong computer and keyboard skills Knowledge of property leasing processes and regulations Experience in real estate administrative tasks and office operations Join our team as an Assistant Property Manager to contribute to the success of our properties while gaining valuable experience in the real estate industry and grow with us to becaome a
