Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities Oversee all daily property operations and onsite staff Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards Prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, and manage vendor relationships Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained Requirements Previous Property Manager experience required Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage operations, staff, and resident needs effectively Knowledge of property management software preferred Organized, reliable, and able to work independently Professional demeanor and strong problem‑solving abilities #BGW3 BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
