Job Overview:
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including vendor management, marketing, leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident relations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and demonstrates exceptional communication and leadership abilities.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Oversee leasing activities and ensure timely rent collection
- Manage deposit accounting, accounts payable, and financial reporting
- Foster positive resident relations and respond promptly to inquiries
- Lead hiring, training, and supervision of property staff
- Administer contracts, property budgets, and payroll accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a property manager of 250+ units
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi & Rent Café
- Experience with AvidXchange is a plus
- Proven excellence in customer service and resident relations
- Bilingual skills are an advantage
- Ability to pass credit, criminal, and drug background checks
