Full Job Description Our Space :

The space includes 2 class studios and 6 treatment rooms dedicated towards massage. We take a different approach with our clients and students. Our philosophy focuses on a client centered approach and dialogue that shifts away from the typical negative talking points around posture, structure, or tissues and more towards regular movement, education, nervous system, embodiment, and behavior changes.

The Role:

To develop and maintain the culture of White Lotus Therapeutics as professional, empathetic, reliable, and as agreed upon with Owner/Management. To assist with administrative work related to staff management, client relations, and social media management. To assist with business and community development. To blend leadership, marketing, and employee development to achieve appropriate KPIs. Specific skills : Experience of at least 3 years is preferred but not required as skill level and client relations is more important. Shows exceptional leadership, reliability, professional, and empathetic standards Experience in the Wellness Industry preferred; hospitality, fitness, or service-based management is applicable Experience with networking, community outreach, and public/client relations Excels in organizational and communication skills Weekend and evening Availability 3 years management experience preferred Compensation- $28-30 per hour Bonuses based on KPIs Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401k Matched Paid Time Off Paid Training Free Monthly Massage Free Class Membership Employee Discounts www.whitelotustherapeutics.com
