In this role, you'll oversee the Residential Loan Servicing Team, support credit union partners, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance across investor portfolios. This position plays a key role in team leadership, process improvement, and maintaining high-quality servicing standards.

What We're Looking For Servicing Expertise:

Strong knowledge of residential mortgage servicing, including investor guidelines (FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHLB, FHA, VA) and industry processes

Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while identifying training needs and supporting departmental growth

Analytical Thinker:

Skilled at identifying process improvements, resolving issues, and ensuring accuracy in servicing operations

Strong Communicator:

Ability to professionally communicate with credit union partners, investors, borrowers, and internal teams

Detail-Oriented:

Able to manage reporting, quality control, and compliance requirements with a high level of accuracy

Self-Motivated:

Comfortable managing priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects independently

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of five years of experience in residential mortgage servicing required What You'll Do Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Oversee daily activities of the residential servicing team, providing direction, support, and coaching
• Manage relationships with credit union partners, including regular communication and support
• Prepare and deliver monthly loan portfolio reports to credit union partners and investors, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHLB
• Perform quality control reviews of loans entering servicing to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve servicing processes and increase departmental efficiency
• Ensure adherence to investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Support and maintain a high standard of member service across all servicing interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and ensure accurate reporting
