Foreman Benefit Options Year-round Employment Residential Irrigation Account Manager Description:
The Residential Irrigation Account Manager is responsible for the management of 5 - 10 Service Division Irrigation Technicians, Point of Contact for Residential Irrigation Services. The Residential Irrigation Account Manager exercises supervision over service employees and receives direct supervision from Division Manager. This is a management position with authority to conduct safety and disciplinary action as necessary throughout their respective department. Must be goal-oriented and operate within the SOPs of the Maintenance and Service Division.
Knowledge & Abilities:
Minimum of (3) years of supervisory experience in the landscape industry Competency and knowledge of irrigation and irrigation systems a must Knowledge of turf, plant, and tree maintenance Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and standards Read, write, and comprehend English Demonstrate strong leadership qualities Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Valid driver's license Intermediate to advanced Computer skills - MS office platform
Essential Function/Areas of Accountability:
Develop long - term relationships and communicate on a regular basis with key clients Monitor department performance and overall job quality Ensure all work orders are executed correctly, accurately and promptly Identify staffing needs and report to Division Manager weekly Monitor and coordinate training of staff in accordance with company's best practices Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review technicians under supervision Work with Division Manager to develop growth plans for employees Receive guidance and ensure department budgets and goals are being met Responsible for coordinating all vehicle and small equipment repairs for technicians Management of Snow removal logistics in their designated geographical area
Physical/Environmental Demands:
Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather. There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday. ATPS promotes a drug/alcohol free work environment Company vehicle provided for work usage
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of superior Landscape management experience 3 years of Green Industry experience in Project Management, Maintenance or Sales or combination Colorado Driver's License - Good Driving Record Driven Individual with team - based work ethic

Certified Backflow Tester a plus Certified Irrigation Contractor a plus Certified Irrigation Designer a plus Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor a plus Certified Landscape Water Manager a plus
