Job Description

Community Association Manager Jumpstart your career with extensive growth opportunities at Integrated Mountain Management! Our HOA management team is seeking a full-time Community Association Management Specialist to oversee a portfolio of communities in our local mountain area. This position will maintain strong relationships with Boards of Directors to oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term vision for the community, including but not limited to project coordination, budget preparation and reserve planning, board and owner meetings, and property site inspections. Attendance at periodic evening meetings is required. This position will require a high level of energy, attention to detail, professionalism, organization, discretion, advanced written and verbal communication skills, project management, leadership, composure under pressure, and critical thinking. Prior experience as a Community Association or Property Manager is highly desired. General Responsibilities Build client relations and trust in your management skills, including timely, professional communication and follow-through on action items and projects. Responsible for actions necessary to administer community association management, including financial management, governance, and facilities management. Utilize industry-specific software systems to support management processes, e.g., preparing reports and financial summaries, enforcement and architectural review processes, maintenance requests, etc. Ensure all procedures are administered correctly and consistent with best practices. Demonstrate high level of proficiency in understanding of association governing documents and Colorado laws that govern common interest communities. Participate in ongoing continuing education opportunities. Coordinate capital repair projects, facilitate bid process and vendor procurement. Maintain an organized e-filing system. Coordinate and chair Board and owner meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Qualifications Flexible Schedule and Reliable Transportation Strong Organizational and Administrative Skills Ability to
