Come join our team!! We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and multi-family properties with Big Bear Properties. This role is responsible for ensuring properties are leased efficiently, tenants are supported, and owners receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Manage tenant inquiries, applications, leases, and renewals. Conduct property showings, screenings, inspections, and turnovers. Maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners. Oversee marketing efforts and property listings to achieve occupancy goals. Forecast maintenance needs and coordinate with the team to address issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing requirements. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in property management, leasing, or related field preferred. Preference given to bilingual candidates and licensed real estate agents. Ability to balance administrative tasks with tenant and owner relations. Proficiency with property management software is a plus. (AppFolio preferred)
