Join our Residential Management team and play a key role in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in community-based Host Homes. In this role, you'll combine leadership, relationship-building, and hands-on program oversight to ensure individuals are supported in safe, stable, and person-centered homes where dignity, dedication, respect, and choice come first.
Schedule:
Typical schedule is Monday-Thursday; position requires flexibility to meet program needs, including evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
Compensation:
$60,750
  • 66,825/year Benefits Medical Benefits

  • 3% employer match Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account Vacation/Sick Accrual Holiday Pay Eligibility to participate in the Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSFL) Program Job Responsibilities You'll take the lead in overseeing Host Home services and building strong, person-centered supports that truly reflect each individual's goals and preferences.
You'll partner closely with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to help create living environments where people feel safe, valued, and at home. You'll also work directly with Host Home providers (independent contractors), offering guidance, oversight, and support to ensure they are confident, qualified, and aligned with program expectations. At the same time, you'll monitor services, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensure documentation and program standards are consistently met. When challenges arise-whether it's a provider concern, service gap, or crisis-you'll step in with a calm, solutions-focused approach to ensure continuity of care and the well-being of those you serve. Your ability to anticipate needs, coordinate care, and maintain provider coverage will be key to keeping services stable and effective. What You Bring to the Role Required 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with IDD or in a related human services field 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience Ability to travel locally within the community Ability to meet background check and CAPS requirements Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Knowledge of HCBS Final Rule and IDD service regulations Key Skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and decision-making skills Commitment to person-centered practices, inclusion, and self-determination Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid, community-based role requiring regular travel between office settings, Host Homes, and community locations. You'll spend time both in the field and in administrative work, with a mix of movement, collaboration, and independent work throughout the day.
