This role requires a highly organized and experienced professional who can successfully manage property operations in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day property operations and ensure the community is maintained to company standards. Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff. Monitor property performance, occupancy, leasing activity, resident retention, and financial results. Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses. Ensure rent collections, delinquency management, and revenue optimization. Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and property improvement projects. Manage resident relations and resolve escalated resident concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations and policies. Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective action plans when necessary. Prepare and present operational and financial reports to leadership. Support lease-up initiatives, redevelopment projects, capital improvements, and property transitions when applicable. Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve operational and financial goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5+ years of Property Management experience in multifamily housing. Previous experience managing large residential communities. Experience leading and developing onsite teams. Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, occupancy management, and resident retention. Experience with property management software systems. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details Annual salary range:
$75,000 to $80,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Occasional travel required, approximately 10% of the time, primarily domestic. Daily on-site presence expected, with work in various locations no more than five miles apart.
Standard work schedule:
Monday to Friday, with potential weekend obligations as needed.
