Full Job Description Commercial Property Manager Location:
Pueblo, Colorado An established Southern Colorado property management company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee and manage commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who understands commercial property operations, tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with significant income and growth potential for the right individual. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial properties. Maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors. Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to high standards. Administer lease agreements, renewals, tenant requests, and compliance matters. Monitor property performance and assist with budget oversight. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, lease requirements, and company policies. Utilize property management software to maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation. Coordinate vendor services and monitor work completion. Respond promptly and professionally to tenant and owner concerns. Qualifications Active Colorado Real Estate License required. Previous commercial property management experience preferred. Strong understanding of commercial leasing and property operations. Experience with Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar property management software preferred. Knowledge of contracts, lease administration, and property maintenance coordination. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
