$27.75•32.50/hour•based on experience Schedule:

MVDS is looking for a Residential Manager to lead a group home and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence. This role is hands-on, people-centered, and perfect for someone who wants to grow in human services, healthcare, or caregiving leadership. Please note:
This is not a property management or maintenance role. It involves supervising staff and actively supporting residents with daily living and care needs. Employer-paid medical, dental, life, and counseling insurance Retirement match up to 4% Tuition reimbursement Discounts on bus passes, ski passes, greenhouse products , and more Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness A supportive, mission-driven team that values your growth What You'll Do As a Residential Manager, you will: Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of direct support professionals Foster a positive, solution-oriented team culture Oversee staffing, scheduling, and ensure shift coverage Provide direct support to residents, including daily care and medical coordination Manage medication administration, appointments, and documentation Organize household operations, menu planning, and budgeting Maintain compliance with program regulations Help develop new services, activities, and community opportunities for residents Be available for occasional evenings, weekends, and overnights to support staffing needs What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in management or leadership Experience in caregiving, childcare, senior care, or direct support (preferred) Knowledge of first aid, medications, and basic medical procedures Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Comfortable handling challenging behaviors (training provided) Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid Colorado driver's license & reliable transportation Meet criminal and motor vehicle record standards Ability to pass TB test Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in vehicles Must live within 40 miles of the home location About MVDS Mountain Valley Developmental Services supports adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Eagle, Garfield, Lake, and Pitkin counties.
