Job Description

Three bedroom apartment included! We are seeking a reliable, hands-on On-Site Assistant Property Manager to help support the daily operations of a residential community. This is a live-on-site position and is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, organized, and well maintained. The Assistant Property Manager will serve as an important on-site presence for residents, vendors, and management. The right candidate will be dependable, professional, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Respond to property-related emergencies and report urgent issues to management Walk the property regularly to identify maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and operational concerns Monitor pool areas for cleanliness, safety, rule compliance, and general operating conditions Clean and maintain common areas, including clubhouses, restrooms, pool areas, entryways, hallways, laundry rooms, trash areas, and other shared areas Coordinate with vendors when needed and report repairs requiring outside contractors Help prevent avoidable property damage by identifying and communicating issues early Qualifications Prior experience in property management, facilities maintenance, apartment communities, HOA communities, hospitality, building operations, or a related field Must be proficient in English Willingness to live on site and serve as a regular on-site presence Ability to respond to emergencies as needed, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays Ability to perform physical tasks and walk the property regularly Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Salary/Compensation:
