Job Description

As a Residential Manager, you're the steady presence that makes a home run well: a place where the people who live there feel at home, and where staff feel supported enough to do their best work. You'll oversee one home, giving you the chance to really know the people and the team you work with. What you'll do: Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals, including scheduling, coaching, and day-to-day supervision Make sure each person living in the home has what they need: a good support plan, a safe environment, and a real say in their daily life Handle the administrative side of running a home: documentation, compliance, ordering supplies, coordinating with families and care teams Step in when things get hard, whether that's covering a shift, managing a crisis, or having a tough conversation with a staff member What we offer: Medical and dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off What you need: 2 or more years of experience in human services At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising a team, ideally within a DDS-funded program Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent Standard pre-employment screening (physical, TB test) CPR and medication certification provided through training Experience with Therap a plus You're comfortable with both the people side of this job, coaching staff and building relationships with the people you support, and the administrative side, documentation, scheduling, and compliance. You're also willing to be hands-on, including covering shifts or stepping in directly when needed.
Pay:
$45,997.00 - $49,000.00 per year
