Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Multi-Site Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a large premier Class A residential community in the Hartford market . This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader who embodies professionalism, sophistication, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of community management. As the Property Manager, you will be the face of a distinguished residential destination—ensuring that every resident, future resident, and guest experiences the highest level of service, quality, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight of all community operations, including leasing performance, financial management, maintenance standards, and resident satisfaction. Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated on-site team to deliver an unparalleled living experience. Oversee financial performance with precision—budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing asset value while maintaining operational integrity. Cultivate strong relationships with residents, ownership, vendors, and partners to uphold the property's reputation as a premier residential address. Ensure all aspects of the community reflect the brand's commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional presentation. Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and capital improvement projects that enhance both value and aesthetic appeal. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience managing Class A or luxury multifamily communities. Proven success in achieving high occupancy, revenue growth, and superior resident satisfaction scores. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and reporting. Polished, professional presence and a genuine passion for hospitality and real estate excellence.
