EXPERIENCED Property Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Multi-Site Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a large premier Class A residential community in the Hartford market . Key Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight of all community operations, including leasing performance, financial management, maintenance standards, and resident satisfaction. Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated on-site team to deliver an unparalleled living experience. Oversee financial performance with precision—budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing asset value while maintaining operational integrity. Cultivate strong relationships with residents, ownership, vendors, and partners to uphold the property's reputation as a premier residential address. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience managing Class A or luxury multifamily communities. Proven success in achieving high occupancy, revenue growth, and superior resident satisfaction scores. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
