Job Description

Assistant Property Manager $24.04-$26.45/hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Trinity Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of one of our mixed-income residential communities. At Trinity, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, resident-focused property management services that help revitalize communities, strengthen neighborhoods, and create opportunities for long-term growth. This role works closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, strong resident satisfaction, and compliance with affordable housing regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service driven, and experienced in Section 8 and LIHTC housing programs . Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of employment in good standing. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Property Manager to support daily property operations Greet residents and visitors while providing exceptional customer service Answer incoming calls and respond to resident concerns professionally Process rental applications, income documentation, and recertification paperwork Ensure compliance with Section 8, LIHTC, and other affordable housing requirements Organize and maintain resident files, office records, and compliance documentation Process maintenance work orders and follow up on completion Maintain strong relationships with vendors and onsite teams Prepare resident communications including letters, notices, and email correspondence Support rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and general office administration Qualifications 2-5 years of property management experience required Strong background in Section 8 and LIHTC affordable housing programs LIHTC Certification required COS Certification preferred Strong organizational and administrative skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office required Yardi knowledge strongly preferred Excellent resident relations and conflict-resolution skills What We Offer $24.04-$26.45/hour | 40 hours per week $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of successful employment in good standing 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-wide holidays Your birthday off to celebrate Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance 401(k) plan Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Join a team that values community, growth, and opportunity.
