If you've worked your way up in market rate multifamily, understand leasing, collections, maintenance, and operations at a real level, this is for you. What You'll Be Responsible For Overseeing daily operations across multiple buildings (600+ units) Driving occupancy through strong leasing execution, not just marketing Managing delinquency, collections, and resident issues directly Holding your team accountable and stepping in when needed Coordinating maintenance and ensuring work actually gets completed Staying on top of legal, compliance, and documentation What We're Looking For Proven experience managing 400+ units across multiple properties Market-rate multifamily experience required (not just affordable or single-site) Someone who has worked their way up (leasing → assistant → manager) Strong operational instincts, you know what's wrong before a report tells you Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes messy environment Clear leadership presence, your team respects you and performs What This Role Is (and Isn't) This IS a "get it done" role where your performance is visible This IS a path toward Regional for the right person This IS NOT a passive, behind-the-desk position You will be expected to own results , not just report on them Why Join Us Real opportunity to grow into a Regional role High visibility and ownership over your portfolio A team that values execution, not just titles
