Property Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of property management regulations, and excellent customer service abilities. This role involves managing leasing activities, ensuring property maintenance, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors. The Property Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant with legal standards, and financially successful. Duties Manage tenant communication and resolve issues promptly Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors Conduct property inspections Assist with budgeting, rent collection, and lease enforcement Maintain positive relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with policies Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Prior experience in property management or a related field preferred Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and problem-solve effectively This position offers an engaging opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead property operations while ensuring tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
