Job Description

at Synerfac Technical Staffing in Georgetown, Delaware, United States Job Description The Property Manager / Leasing Consultant will have wide-ranging responsibilities for managing the day to day operations of the assigned apartment community. The Property Manager / Leasing Consultant will work with the Multifamily Group Manager to enforce company policies and procedures, implement the approved marketing plan, execute appropriate leasing strategies to achieve budgeted occupancy levels and maintain retention of current residents, enforce collection activities and assist with execution of multiple property management functions. The Property Manager / Leasing Consultant will provide superior customer service to residents and prospects and maintain a positive living environment for the residents of their community. Among other items, the Property Manager will have responsibility for the following:
Leasing:
  • Manage apartment leasing and renewal process to ensure budgeted occupancy
  • Process all online and in-person rental applications to include applicant screening
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries
  • Show model apartment home and provide community tours
  • Prepare lease documents and collect fees
  • Conduct move-in /move-out inspections
  • Track notices to vacate.
  • Enforcing community rules and regulations
