Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team in Lewes, DE. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of community associations, ensuring efficient operations, financial stability, and superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of community associations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with board members, homeowners, and vendors.
  • Coordinate and attend regular board meetings, annual meetings, and other community events.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and proposals to board members.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts.
  • Enforce community rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Manage delinquencies, collections, and legal matters in accordance with association policies.
  • Monitor property values and recommend strategies to enhance community value.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and resources.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in community association management or related field.(preferred) Strong understanding of property management principles, financial management, and legal compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or other industry certifications (preferred). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
