Job Description

Qualifications:
Previous property management experience preferred Strong customer service and resident relations skills Experience with leasing, renewals, and resident retention Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations Ability to manage rent collections and delinquency accounts Experience overseeing property maintenance and vendor relationships Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the property Manage leasing activities and occupancy goals Ensure timely rent collection and follow-up on delinquencies Handle resident concerns and resolve issues professionally Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections Supervise on-site staff and vendors Prepare reports, budgets, and financial summaries Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations Maintain property appearance and curb appeal Assist with resident retention and community engagement

Budgeting and financial management Team leadership and staff development Conflict resolution and problem-solving Marketing and outreach experience
Pay:
$65,900.00 - $77,000.00 per year
