Job Description

We believe in fostering a supportive, sober living community that empowers residents to heal, grow, and thrive. Position Summary The Sober Living Case Manager plays a key role in supporting residents to identify and address their recovery needs while fostering a strong, positive sober living environment. This role ensures residents have access to meaningful activities, emotional support, and resources that strengthen their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities Resident Support & Planning Maintain residents' schedules and assist with planning productive activities. Arrange recreational and social events (e.g., hiking, sports, community outings). Provide weekly and as-needed support for personal and program needs. Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized sober living plans. Admissions & Discharges Conduct interviews with prospective residents. Facilitate resident discharges in alignment with organizational guidelines. Case Management & Documentation Maintain accurate, confidential resident records (admissions, assessments, plans, progress notes, aftercare). Coordinate with treatment resources, sharing information with proper consent. Community & Program Coordination Schedule group meetings per program guidelines. Promote positive relationships among residents, staff, and community partners. Address conflicts and issues promptly in collaboration with the Sober Living Manager. House & Safety Oversight Ensure monthly fire drills and emergency preparedness tasks are completed. Supervise Resident Assistants and monitor daily schedules and curfew compliance. Plan for adequate coverage during absences/vacations. Identify and report maintenance and repair needs. Manage petty cash and maintain accurate financial records. Qualifications Education & Experience Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent. 1-2 years of related experience/training, or a combination of education and experience. Preferred Certifications Peer Support Certification and/or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). Skills & Abilities Strong ability to motivate and inspire others. Positive, community-focused attitude with self-confidence. Highly organized with strong follow-through. Self-starter and goal-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skilled in problem-solving, data collection, and fact-based decision-making. Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and communicate clearly. Pay:
$42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
