The ideal candidate will possess strong property management skills, legal administrative experience, and excellent customer service abilities. The Community Association Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and board members, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of community associations, including property maintenance, vendor coordination, and resident relations. Oversee leasing activities, including property leasing, tenant screening, and move-in/move-out procedures. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and contract management using property management software. Handle legal administrative tasks like contract negotiations. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment. Address resident concerns promptly via phone etiquette and conflict management strategies to uphold high levels of customer service. Conduct regular inspections and oversee repairs or improvements. Prepare reports for board meetings, manage budgets, and assist with financial administration related to community operations. Attend regular meetings with the Bord of Director and/or members of the community. Handle and organize account payables. Send and post mass communication when needed. Inspect the property and work along with the maintenance team to ensure the property is in good shape. Coordinate meetings and to assist with the preparation of budget and or Annual meetings. Qualifications Proven experience in property management. Familiarity with property management software. Strong legal administrative background with understanding of contracts and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle resident issues effectively. Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative tasks is essential.
