Job Description

This position will be at our Big Pine Key property. We are looking for an experienced property manager who will provide overall day-to-day management of the property and support the Community Manager. This includes oversight of property operations with the goal of delivering excellent customer service. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Collect and ensure deposit of all monthly base and MH rent (depending on property type) Attract new customers and guests through active marketing, excellent customer service, and adding value to the experience of our guests. Apply your skills in Microsoft Office applications and other web-based applications including email, financial systems, and property management systems. Perform regular property inspections. Promotes guest satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues. Liaison with Corporate Office for Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, IT and Risk support. Review and submit invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment by reconciling work performed or products purchased, obtaining Community Manager approval, code charges to appropriate chart of account codes, and manage communication between the vendor/contractor, Accounting, and the client/owner as needed. Other assigned duties from the Community Manager. Fill in for Community Manager when required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to prioritize with effective time management and organizational skills. Strongly demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Adaptable and resourceful self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years experience in property management.
Physical Requirements:
