Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and service-oriented team assistant to join our Property Management office. Supporting 14 Condominium Associations and 297 owners, this "catch-all" role is perfect for a creative professional who enjoys a mix of office administration and on-site field work. The chosen candidate will serve as a procedural assistant, ensuring our operations remain efficient and our owners receive world-class service. The perfect candidate must be prepared to join a well-grounded team that thrives off excellence, success, and growth!
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Excellence:
Manage daily paperwork, maintain digital and physical files, and assist in streamlining office procedures.
On-Site Inspections:
Perform regular property walk-throughs to ensure standards are met; identify issues and draft formal violation reports.
Vendor & Board Communication:
Coordinate and meet with contractors and vendors for maintenance projects; attend Board meetings as a representative of the management office when needed.
Seasonal Support:
Provide operational coverage on occasional weekends during the peak season (November-May)
Qualifications:
Organized & Procedural:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strict attention to detail.
Service-Oriented:
A friendly, professional demeanor with a "can-do" attitude toward owner and guest needs.
Creative Thinker:
Ability to find resourceful solutions to property challenges and scheduling conflicts.
Communication:
Strong writing skills for reports and professional verbal skills for interacting with Boards and vendors. The Boca Grande Club is a Drug-Free workplace, pre-employment drug testing is required. Health Insurance benefits are available after 90 days. Vacation time is available after one year of employment. Bridge Toll Paid. Basic Holidays Paid. Starting pay : $18 per hour.
