CAB is in search of a full-time Licensed Community Association Manager to serve as a portfolio manager within a master association. Management may include both condominiums and HOAs. Candidate selected will work with a team that includes:
- other CAMs who serve as portfolio managers
- a General Manager (CAM) responsible to the master board
- an Office Manager (CAM) overseeing office functions, accounting, and general management
- a Maintenance Director (CAM) responsible for overseeing property management functions on master and sub association properties
- a Security Director, overseeing security at 7 gates and security for the master and sub associations
- an active CAB Board This is a fast-paced office, and ability to multi-task is essential.
Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or CAM in an HOA, condominium association, and/or property management is required. Knowledge of TOPS helpful. Knowledge of Florida statutes helpful but not essential. Must have a Florida CAM license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Position will report to the General Manager. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package. Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned condominium associations and HOAs.
- Attend sub association meetings. Responsible for preparing and posting meeting agendas and packages, and taking and preparing minutes.
- Assist associations in development of bid specifications and, with Board approval, issue bid requests
- Coordinate maintenance with Maintenance Director
- Provide administrative support to associations as may be required
- Communicate with Presidents and Boards of Directors and committees
- Resolve issues from owners and residents re: on-site issues and needs
- Assist in development of budgets and monthly accounting reports
- Assist Office Manager with billing and account questions
- Assist associations in complying with statutory requirements for community website(s)
- Assist in analysis and problem resolution as needs present
- Provide weekly updates on activities, issues, problems, or concerns to General Manager and monthly updates to sub associations
- Perform other duties as assigned Requirements
