Full time CAM for private property

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Condo Manager to oversee the daily operations of our condominium community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management, ensuring that residents receive exceptional service while maintaining the integrity of the property. This role requires effective communication, organizational abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive living environment. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local laws pertaining to property management. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance requests and managing work orders. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with prospective tenants while adhering to company policies. Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to community standards. Handle resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a sense of community among residents. Maintain accurate records related to leasing activities, maintenance requests, and financial transactions. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks is essential. Strong knowledge of sales techniques to effectively market available units. Understanding of legal aspects related to property leasing and management is advantageous. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts amicably. Proficiency in customer relationship management tools is a plus.
