Job Description

About the Position We are seeking an experienced and motivated Portfolio Community Association Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple community associations, working closely with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and exceptional community service. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations Serve as the primary liaison between Boards of Directors and residents Prepare and attend board meetings (including evening meetings as required) Implement Board policies and enforce governing documents Review financial reports, budgets, and reserve planning with Boards Coordinate maintenance requests and community inspections Ensure compliance with Florida statutes and association governing documents Respond professionally to homeowner inquiries and concerns Qualifications Active Florida CAM License required Strong knowledge of Florida HOA/Condo statutes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills Benefits Health benefits • Paid time off and holidays • Supportive team environment
