Experienced Maintenance Tech or Maintenance Supervisor Needed for Clearwater Waterfront Community

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor to join our waterfront community in Clearwater. This position offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonus (following the probationary period), and a 50% apartment rental discount.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch) Participation in an emergency on-call rotation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and complete apartment units for move-in (punch work) Perform maintenance and repairs in occupied apartment homes Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with team members as needed Respond to emergency maintenance requests during scheduled on-call rotations

Qualifications:

HVAC Universal Freon Certification (required) Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and general carpentry Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills with a commitment to excellent follow-up Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
