Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for a computer-savvy Assistant Property Manager with experience in multifamily buildings. This is an in-office position located in a professional 3-story commercial office building in Coral Gables.

Role And Responsibilities:

The Assistant Property Manager will be 90% in the office; 10% visits in the field. Update project documentation using SharePoint and track work orders in AppFolio. Follow up with tenants and schedule work orders through AppFolio. Interact with subcontractors and suppliers. Other related tasks.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in property management. Must be highly computer proficient including proficiency in AppFolio (or similar Property Management software), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of the traffic patterns of Miami.
