- Full-time Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Landscape Account Manager to oversee a premier portfolio of luxury residential estates.
Duties Bespoke Client Relations:
Serve as the high-touch liaison for luxury homeowners. Conduct proactive property walkthroughs to ensure landscapes consistently meet meticulous, estate-grade standards.Top Quality Control:
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor landscape health, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement proactive solutions for ongoing maintenance needs.Opportunity Finding:
Identify opportunities to elevate the property's beauty through seasonal color rotations, specialized pruning, estate enhancements, and specialized horticultural programs.Crew Leadership & Control:
Train, mentor, and direct estate maintenance crews. Ensure your teams execute tasks with a high level of artistry, safety, and respect for private property.Horticultural Excellence:
Oversee precision plant health care, fine gardening practices, precision turf management, and delicate irrigation tuning tailored specifically to high-end residential flora.Financial Management:
Manage the profitability of your assigned portfolio by monitoring labor hours, material budgets, and ensuring accurate, timely client billing.Required Experience and Qualifications:
Residential Focus (Mandatory): A minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience managing high-end, luxury residential estates or premium boutique landscapes. Proven experience in landscape maintenance and installation within a high-end residential setting.Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of fine gardening practices, specialty turf care, ornamental pruning, and high-end residential plant palettes. Extensive knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems management, gardening principles, and general horticulture.Communication Style:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for interacting directly with affluent homeowners and estate managers.Leadership:
Supervising or leadership experience managing teams of landscapers or horticultural specialists.
