Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years CAM experience with 3 years as an on-site, direct hire (not working for a management company) for a comparable size complex. This is a salaried full-time position.
Experience and requirements include:
A minimum of 5 years CAM experience 3 years as an on-site CAM Strong oral and written communication skills Professional customer service skills Excellent problem solving and organizational skills Proficient computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office applications, Google applications, QuickBooks, webpage management, video conferencing Provide information of your ability to perform all responsibilities per the requirements of
FS 718, FS
617, FAC, Chapter 61B and the governing documents of the eight different associations Management responsibilities, salary and benefits will be detailed following the initial screening interview.
